These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kapadokya mobile application and related web pages (the “Service”) operated by app2tools (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Service or creating an account, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please stop using the Service and delete your account.

1. Parties and description of the Service

1.1. Operator. The Service is operated by app2tools at https://www.app2tools.com. Contact: [email protected].

1.2. Service. Kapadokya is a travel guide app for the Cappadocia region, offering discovery, place information, routes, and trip planning. The Service may be available on iOS and Android and on related pages published by app2tools.

1.3. Informational nature. App content (place descriptions, timing tips, route suggestions, travel tips, and similar) is for general information only. Real-world conditions, opening hours, transport, weather, safety, and official restrictions can change. You are responsible for your travel decisions and their consequences. The Service is not a substitute for professional tourism, legal, or emergency advice.

1.4. Guest use. Parts of the Service may be used without an account. When you create an account or continue with social sign-in, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The accepted terms version may be stored with your account.

2. Account, verification, and sign-in

2.1. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account. We may send a verification code for email registration. Where Apple or Google sign-in is offered, the provider’s terms also apply.

2.2. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Keep your password confidential. You are reasonably responsible for activity on your account and should notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

2.3. The Service is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, you must not use the Service.

2.4. You may delete your account in the app or through account-deletion channels we provide. Deletion is described further in the Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only in accordance with law and these Terms. You must not:

• Disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape or harvest content with bots or similar tools (unless we expressly allow it)
• Access other people’s accounts without permission or impersonate others
• Distribute malware, unlawful content, or infringe others’ rights
• Share, copy, or redistribute Premium or paid features without authorization
• Misuse the Service for spam, deceptive promotion, or unlawful commercial brokerage

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Content and intellectual property

4.1. Software, design, text, images, trademarks, and arrangement in the Service (subject to third-party rights) belong to app2tools or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use of the Service—not a transfer of ownership.

4.2. Maps, location, and some content may come from third-party providers (for example map SDKs). Those components are subject to the providers’ licenses and terms.

4.3. Content you enter (for example trip names or personal notes) remains yours. We may process that content as needed to provide, sync, back up, and secure the Service.

5. Premium features and subscriptions

5.1. Some features (for example exclusive guides, advanced routes, offline packs, or higher quotas) may require payment (“Premium”). Where Premium is offered, price, duration, and renewal terms are shown on the purchase screen and in the relevant store.

5.2. Billing. Payments via the App Store or Google Play are governed by the store’s terms. app2tools does not store your card details directly; payments are handled by the store and payment intermediaries (for example RevenueCat).

5.3. Renewal and cancellation. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew until you cancel them in your store settings. For cancellation and refunds, use Apple’s or Google’s subscription and refund processes. We cannot cancel a store subscription directly from inside the app.

5.4. Account deletion and subscriptions. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Cancel in the store first if you do not want further charges.

5.5. Unauthorized sharing of Premium features, including concurrent use across multiple people beyond what is allowed, is prohibited.

6. Disclaimers

6.1. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

6.2. Maps, distances, route ordering, and location-based features depend on your device settings, third-party map services, and network conditions. Location is used on your device; we do not store a location history on our servers for that purpose (see the Privacy Policy).

6.3. We take reasonable care to keep content useful, but we do not guarantee that every piece of information is accurate or complete at all times.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• app2tools is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data loss, or travel disruption);
• our total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for Premium in the twelve (12) months before the claim (if any); for free use, liability is limited to the minimum required by mandatory law.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Suspension, termination, and account deletion

8.1. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if there is a security risk.

8.2. You may delete your account at any time. Processing of personal data after deletion is governed by the Privacy Policy.

8.3. After termination, your access ends, except for records we must retain by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you in the app or on the site and may ask you to accept a new version (for example 2026-10). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms, unless a fresh acceptance is required.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules, courts and enforcement offices in Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also bring claims before competent consumer bodies or courts where you live, as required by law.
