By downloading, installing, or using Riselio Reminder you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app and uninstall it.
1. The service
Riselio Reminder is a free app that helps you capture reminders by voice or typing, store them locally, and fire device notifications. app2tools provides the app as is. Features may change or stop without notice.
2. Your responsibilities
- Use the app lawfully and without infringing others’ rights.
- You are responsible for reminder content. Do not rely on the app as the sole source for medical, legal, financial, or other critical decisions.
- Notifications, sound, and scheduling depend on OS settings, battery restrictions, and platform rules. app2tools is not liable for a missed reminder.
- You control microphone, speech-recognition, and notification permissions.
3. Intellectual property
The app, name, logo, and UI belong to app2tools or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer (except where the law allows), resell, or use the “Riselio Reminder” name without permission.
4. Ads and temporary ad-free time
The app may show Google ads. Watching a short rewarded ad can hide sponsored cards on Home and History for a limited period. That is not a paid subscription or a permanent ad-free product. Ad creatives belong to third parties.
5. Third-party services
Speech-to-text, analytics, and ads are provided by Apple and/or Google under their own terms and privacy policies. app2tools is not responsible for outages or errors in those services.
6. Eligibility
You should be old enough to use the app under the laws where you live. We do not knowingly design or market the app for children under 13 (or the digital consent age that applies where you live).
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, the app is provided as is and as available. app2tools is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or missed reminders. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Termination
You may stop using the app by uninstalling it. If you breach these terms, your right to use the app ends.
9. Governing law
Subject to mandatory consumer protections, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts and enforcement offices in Istanbul have jurisdiction, except that consumers may use the venues available where they live.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version appears on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
